Exhibitor Criteria

To ensure the highest quality experience for all attendees, we have set specific standards for participation.

Stand allocation is on a first come, first allotted basis, with priority to local exhibitors.

Quality Standards

Criteria are set by the Organiser to ensure products showcased are of the highest quality and broadly represented.

African Operators

Each African exhibitor must be an operator based in Africa with an office in one of the African countries.

Global Participation

Opportunities exist for foreign exhibitors to connect with the West African market.

Stand Options

Exhibitors may choose to have an indoor stand and/or an outdoor stand. Floor plans available upon confirmation.

Payment Terms

Invoices will be issued upon receipt of stand acceptance (binding contract) via email.

Sharing & Co-Exhibitor Guidelines

Essential rules for sharing stand space.

Main stand holders add sharing exhibitors in their Exhibitor Zone only after their own application is approved.

Limit: Maximum of one (1) co-exhibitor per 9sqm space booked.

Main exhibitors must list all sharing partners on the website before partners can apply individually.

Sharing companies must be part of the trade industry. Costs apply to the Main Exhibitor.

Sharing exhibitors may NOT apply directly. They must arrange via the main stand holder.

06

Main stand holder adds elected sharing exhibitors via the Event website.

07

Sharing applications must be completed online by the contact person listed by the main holder.

08

Strict criteria must be met for sharing exhibitor status approval.
